New system
Include material, thickness mix, format, annual part mix, target shift output, downstream operations, utilities, and preferred automation boundary.
Route the question correctly
A concise evidence package helps applications, service, and commercial teams distinguish a machine-selection question from a process, maintenance, automation, or parts issue. Do not send passwords, export-controlled drawings, personal health information, or confidential customer identifiers through the general form.

Include material, thickness mix, format, annual part mix, target shift output, downstream operations, utilities, and preferred automation boundary.
Include drawing revision, material lot, program revision, nozzle, gas, focus, last acceptable run, defect photographs, and inspection criteria.
Include machine serial number, alarm and timestamp, operating state, recent change, maintenance record, and safe access constraints. Parts identity must be verified against the machine record.
Submission does not create a service-level commitment, confirm product availability, reserve installation capacity, establish a price, or certify application suitability. Geography, current channel coverage, contract terms, parts status, technical complexity, safety conditions, and data completeness affect routing. Urgent hazards require the site’s established emergency and lockout procedures; a web enquiry is not an emergency channel.
Two-column enquiry
For a purchasing study, identify one representative part family and the hardest acceptance condition. For a process issue, separate the last acceptable condition from the first rejected condition. For a service issue, preserve alarm text and machine state before clearing the display where safe and permitted by current procedures.
If production data is provisional, provide the observation window, number of shifts, excluded events, and person responsible for approving the final acceptance criteria.
Technical recommendations remain conditional until the relevant model, options, utilities, material, safety interfaces, and trial evidence have been reviewed.
